SHIPPING INFO
We ship our handmade bath and body products and soy candles USPS Flat rate to any location in the world direct from Hawaii. We offer free shipping on orders over $100.00 USA only. We highly recommend adding insurance to your order as the fedex or post office no longer issues refunds for missing package, damaged or mis-shipped items unless they are insured.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We stand behind our products and want our customers to thoroughly enjoy them. If you would like to return an item, please e-mail us at orders@bubbleshackhawaii.com to receive return authorization and/or instructions before returning anything. We only accept returns for mis-shipped products and damaged items.
**Problems with orders (short ships/incorrect items) must be reported within seven days of receipt**
**Returns must be received by Bubble Shack within 30 days of placing order.**
ORDER CONSIDERATIONS
You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail shortly after placing your order. You will receive a second e-mail with tracking information shortly after your order has shipped. We strive for quick turnaround but please be advised that orders can take up to 10 days before shipping. If you need your order by a certain date, please e-mail us to confirm that we can indeed meet your request. Due to the hand-made nature of Bubble Shack soaps, color, design, and shape may slightly vary from order to order.
Please be aware that in warmer months handmade soaps can melt if exposed to extreme temperatures in the shipping process. Bubble Shack is not responsible for melted soaps and they are not returnable.
